I love planning events and making a good flyer to go with them!

These are professional samples from work as well as some that I've done for fun in my personal life and community.

I have been using design programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as iOS graphics software since I was in grade school, so it's become something I really enjoy.

USP YEAR-END REPORT

This is a Year-End report I created during my final year serving as Underground Scholars Program (USP) Senior Wellness Coordinator.

I included a summary of events, new developments that were made to the Wellness Program, an evaluation of outreach and wellness efforts using data collected on retention, and recommendations for future USP leaders.

CADrc HANDBOOK

This is a project I am extremely proud of, the first centralized onboarding and bylaws resource for the Cultural Arts & Diversity Resource Center at UCSC, created in 2020.

During my time serving as CADrc's Vice Chair, we were updating our bylaws due to the COVID19 pandemic and switch to remote-learning. This was a time of great turbulence and uncertainty for the organization's continued longevity. Since we needed something substantial to ground our organization with a lasting framework, I took on the responsibility to create our first handbook.

I dove into the archives and compiled all useful documents and materials as well as creating new ones to provide a central resource for future leaders in our program. This took an entire semester to finalize and was used the following summer for onboarding new leaders.

The information in this handbook is not confidential and was intended for public viewing to promote student agency and organizational transparency.

LETTER TO THE DEAN

This is a letter I co-wrote with my fellow Cultural Arts & Diversity (CADrc) Leadership team to address the racialized academic injustice within the Arts' Department at UCSC.

(The origin of CADrc was a reaction to the lack on inclusivity students of color felt in the Arts' program back in 1991. These sentiments were still felt 30 years later and there was a need for further advocacy for our students.)

These communications and meetings culminated in the adoption of a contracted partnership with the Dean of the Arts to address student issues and introduced a new relationship of mutual respect and benefit with the Arts' department.
